Participation in this raffle costs £1 per raffle ticket.
It is illegal for anyone under 16 to enter this raffle.
MND Association employees and trustees cannot enter the raffle.
Any person who has entered the MND Association raffle who is under 16 years old will automatically forfeit any prize and will be excluded from future entries. If a child under 16 years old is found to have participated in a lottery after the lottery draw has taken place, then a full refund will be made to that person and any prizes that might otherwise have been due to them will not be paid out. If prizes have already been paid out, all reasonable attempts will be made to recover them.
This raffle is open to residents of mainland Great Britain (this excludes Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands).
Monies raised by this raffle will support the general work of MND Association, Registered Charity Number: 294354. Payment for participation in the raffle can be made by cheque payable to MND Association, credit/debit card or cash.
Raffle tickets will be entered into the draw when the whole payment is received.
MND Association accepts no responsibility for raffle tickets which are lost, damaged, illegible or from which the prize-winner cannot be identified, or for any technical failure or event which may cause the competition to be disrupted or corrupted.
Any ticket entries received after the draw date 09 July 2019 will be considered as donations to MND Association.
The result of the raffle draw is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
Winners will be notified by post, email or telephone no later than two weeks after the draw date. A list of winners will also be published at www.mndassociation.org within two weeks of the draw date. Please keep the ticket number as proof of purchase.
Where MND Association is unable to contact a prize-winner so that a prize remains unclaimed for six months following MND Association's first attempt to notify the prize-winner, MND Association may apply the prize as it sees fit, including by re-offering the prize in future raffles.
All winners are required to co-operate with MND Association's right to publish their win as and where deemed appropriate, and to provide proof of age when requested.

In the event of an error, howsoever caused, whether a printing error or otherwise and whether obvious or otherwise, which affects the competition in any way, the organisers reserve the right to administer the raffle as though the error had not occurred. Where the organisers deem it appropriate and/or feasible MND Association will notify entrants of the error.

Failure to comply with any of these rules may result in the disqualification of the entry. Organisers reserve the right to disqualify any entry at their absolute discretion.

We will aim to respond to initial complaints and queries within 48 hours of receipt of the complaint.
If the complaint is not satisfactorily resolved, the matter will be escalated appropriately.
Every complaint will be taken seriously and fully considered by MND Association in order that a satisfactory resolution can be achieved.
In the event that a satisfactory outcome can still not be reached, in accordance with the agreed protocol arranged on behalf of members by the Lotteries Council the matter will be referred to The Independent Betting Adjudication Service (IBAS), which acts as an impartial adjudicator on disputes that arise between gambling operators and their customers.

iii. The outcome of IBAS intervention will be reported to the Gambling Commission.
